Established in 2005, SMD Shoes is a global footwear innovator integrating advanced R&D from China with cost-efficient manufacturing in Bangladesh and Kenya. For 20+ years, we’ve empowered brands across Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia with end-to-end footwear solutions spanning sports performance, lifestyle sneakers, casual footwear, seasonal sandals/slippers, and fashion heels.
Our Global Ecosystem
Our core R&D center in Xiamen, China drives innovation with 100+ new product developments monthly. This technical hub delivers complete footwear solutions: conceptual sketches, technical packs, prototyping, sampling, and full production support. Complementing this, our ISO-certified factories in Bangladesh and Kenya leverage duty-free advantages and optimized labor costs to deliver high-volume orders competitively to global markets, including India and the United States.
Operating from Xiamen’s Tong’an Industrial Park—a key footwear production hub—we maintain 10,000+ sqm of production space and 1,500 sqm of warehousing for rapid order fulfillment. Our monthly capacity exceeds 180,000 pairs across three product categories: performance sports (hiking, soccer, cricket), lifestyle footwear (sneakers, casual shoes), and seasonal items (sandals, slippers). Rigorous in-house testing (peeling, flexing, DIN, tensile) ensures consistent quality.
Established in 2019, our Bangladesh factory has developed into a professional and innovativeshoes Manufacturing, Export & Import oriented industry. We start with 2 assembly lines with the capacity of 3000 pairs / day / 8hrs of shoes andslippers, and expect to add another line to increase the capacity of 5000pairs / day / 8hrs. The great desire to always circulate mass production with high-qualityand outstanding designs drives us to advance steadily in current and future stage .
Our Kenya factory was established in 2021 and is located in Kongoni Business Park, Machakos, Kenya, Africa. Our business is spread all over the world. It is equipped with 5 production lines with an annual output of 7 million pairs. With low labor costs, tax-free policies, strong production capacity and a capable team, we have now developed into a full-scale international company integrating R&D, production and marketing.
